The V edition of the “Trame Sonore” Mantova Chamber Music Festival. The event is organised by the friends of the Orchestra da Camera di Mantova and includes five days of concerts (180), cultural events and gatherings for children in some of the city's most beautiful artistic locations.
Starting from the second day of the festival, Thursday 1 June, Palazzo Castiglioni will play host to the "Caffé con" series of events, conversations and short musical performances, each one around 30 minutes in length, to bring music into your days.
Some the most anticipated guests are: Alfred Brendel (guest of honor), Alexander Lonquich (artist in residence), Ezio Bosso, Cédric Pescia, Quartetto di Cremona, Nurit Stark, Pietro De Maria, Quatuor Hermes, Dora Schwarzberg, Gemma Bertagnolli, Giovanni Gnocchi, Antonio Ballista, Zefiro Ensemble, Quatuor Zaide, Vladimir Mendelssohn, Trio Gaspard, Claudio Monteverdi Choir Kyoto, Umberto Benedetti Michelangeli, Bruno Canino, Tai Murray, Jennifer Stumm, Monika Leskovar, Gabriele Carcano, Simon Bolivar Sinfonietta, Orchestra da Camera di Mantova.
